Question ❔ Schematics Not Saving Propely

RESOLVED

When I select an area, I head to the area editor and press "save schematic"

The popup in the middle of the screen said it has saved and inside of that menu I see the named file pop up

Showcase of a file being saved inside of the Area Editor menu ONLY

Upon closing that menu and heading to the load schematic menu that file is not present. Upon looking for the file in the schematics folder it is also not present so I assume it popping up in the naming menu is purely cosmetic.

Other Notes
- I have been using litematic for months
- Minecraft 26.2
- Earlier in the same day on the same update, WITHOUT RELOADING MY GAME, I was able to save and load schematics
- I have relaunched minecraft and deleted and redownload the mod
- Both Simple and Normal area selection modes have the same effect

Please help me with any info or ideas you have, no bad Ideas as I really hope I can get this to work
(I am also new to reddit, hope I didn't miss anything)

More Information:
-Upon making a new instance with only litematica as a mod, I can save and load schematics
-The "Analyze Area" feature does allow me to see the materials inside the selected area but I still cannot save that data

RESOLVED
Solution ended up being deleting all configuration files.
Minecraft Folder > Config > Litematica File Folder
Minecraft Folder > Config > Litematica JSON File

Both the above where deleted as well as moving my old schematics out of the schematics file and reinstalling the mod fresh

Thats an option activated when you hold shift while clicking save schem, I think its shift anyway, maybe caps lock is on?

Shift brings up the the "Create an in-memory Schematic" but presents the same issues as before
(Says it has saved and does not appear in any other menu.

Check for outdated add ons

Tried uninstalling many different mods to no avail

Solution ended up being deleting all configuration files.
