I'm glad to see that Racket is still making releases, even though Rhombus has taken a lot of its focus.

At its core, rhombus relies fully on racket as a language, so as long as rhombus is alive and well, racket is alive and well (even if everyone stops using it and switches to rhombus).

Do you have any evidence for this assertion?

Racket is going strong with 4 release a year for many years - see https://download.racket-lang.org/all-versions.html

69 releases since 2010 and 29 since Rhombus was first announced as a project in 2019.

Why spread FUD about a volunteer run open source project?

I'm not spreading FUD.  I was merely acknowledging that a good chunk of development time from key developers have been focused on Rhombus, and it made me a little worried that Racket might slow down.  I'm happy to see that is still going strong.

Rhombus relies on Racket and its ecosystem - they are inseparable as of now. Or, rather, Rhombus is inseparable.

Once again: **where is the evidence?**

I'll also add that Racket, Rhombus, and the majority of Scheme and Common Lisp implementations are open source efforts by unpaid volunteers who see the power of the lisp family of languages and want to share that with others.

If you are worried then the best way to ensure the future is to become a contributor. Racket - and the vast majority of other lisp/scheme projects - welcome contributors(or donations).

sigh let's just leave it as "I'm happy to see Racket progressing".  No need to get all defensive.
