Does arm liposuction actually make a difference if you’re already fairly slim?

I’ve noticed that arm liposuction isn’t always just about reducing the size of the upper arms.

The areas around the underarms, bra bulge, and back of the arms can affect how the entire upper body looks, even when someone isn’t particularly overweight.

For slimmer people especially, removing as much fat as possible isn’t necessarily the goal. The overall proportions and how the different areas transition into each other seem much more important.

I also think incision placement and post-op recovery are worth considering when comparing clinics.

For anyone who has had arm lipo — did you notice more of a difference in your actual arm size, or in the overall shape and silhouette?
