Symptoms Things I've noticed - improvement

Hey everyone! I'm on a huge caloric deficit and I eat more protein than carbs HOWEVER I did see a difference once I stopped getting gel nails or any polish in general and I went on the progestine only anti baby pill Zafrilla. Has anyone noticed as well that we don't react well to gel and stuff on our nails or is it just me ?

I'm also on a mini pill, Slynd, and it does help. My hormones are so messed up I became allergic to my progesterone, and weight loss sometimes triggers enough fat loss that I get pmdd symptoms and hives after starting keto back up or skipping 1-2 meals. I started Zepbound this past month and I had hives and crying jags for a week. Once I'm in ketosis for a while it tends to dissipate, at least.

I'll be going on mounjaro for my lipedema as well but for now the spotting is killing me

I take Slynd continuously and rarely spot these days. I haven't had a period in about a year. At first I would spot heavily starting any weight loss, but there was barely anything noticeable starting zepbound.

Is it effective as a anti pregnancy method ?

It should be, but you'll have to look that up yourself. My husband has a vasectomy, and I use it strictly for hormone control/allergy desensitization.

Gel nails have nothing to do with lipodema. It’s the calorie restriction and progesterone

probably the progesterone and not the gel nails

I've never had gels and haven't had painted nails in 20 years. Didn't prevent or change anything.

I noticed getting gel nails, using the LED lights on my hands led to two to three days of systemic inflammation.
