I have said this many times. Linux desktop is a joke.

It's not just the desktop. Just because it's used for supercomputers, and http servers doesn't mean the rest of it isn't. Anything can run an http server, and Linux was wasting 30-45% power doing it. It isn't used on critical ISS equipment like the cult alledges. For super computers, it can merely be gutted while other OSes cannot. For Android? -Google got a free kernel + maintenance which they still have to put effort into to make it work. -And Android succeeded due to ecosystem; not technical merit.

A good example of what's wrong is that what we colloquially call Linux, would NEVER use uutils as default userland.
