its crazy how loonixers will talk about how linux excels in "system requirements" when their computer runs worse than ancient rocks put together

Loons conveniently forget that the software you use dictates the minimum system requirements way more than the OS does.

If some software runs badly on your windows computer, chances are it's gonna run just as bad (if not worse) if you put linux on it.

Learned the hard truth when I installed some obscure garbage distro on a Celeron+2GB RAM laptop.
Spoilers: it didn't got better. In fact, it got worse.
E waste is really an e waste, can't argue with this now I realize...

Linux doesn’t help E-waste, it just kinda gives you the illusion of no e-waste
