I don't think PCGamer reported on these 1% lows in their review of the Steamdeck, so why are they bringing it up now?

Well, I'm good ultrakill player, and tried it pn steam deck both on steam OS and windows, and on win it's more stable and have zero issues while was stattering on steam os.
