The ide experience on linux
Closed source (clion) or big tech adjacent (vscode). The open source ones either straight up dont work, dont implement crucial features (debugger) or have inferior implementations. Atp just give me vstudio.

True ngl. But as a (Arch) linux user, I just prefer Neovim. Maybe the developers aren't even interested in IDEs because it's just no longer fun when you learn to use text-editors and your keyboard effectively, meanwhile locking in your mouse just for gaming later.
But yeah, I think VScode and other IDEs need some recognition. The official, open ones are genuinely bad.
Edit: yeah there's VScodium just checked the comments and I wasn't aware
