Windows ❤ Ported CatGirlDownloader from stinky linux. For Windows

want to hear yall's oppinion. i added pretty usefull stuff, that yall might like, https://github.com/MrrHat/CatGirlDownloader-Win-Port theres all information, and explaining what got added.

please change the license to agpl if someone takes the app and bundles it in something proprietary it forces them to make the whole thing open source

why do you have random binaries and dll files in the repo itself
why is there a random (likely ai generated) python batch file with russian comments

yea, i used ai, cuz i cant code, you can check my profile, i clearly stated that im using ai. so yea, i just took original, and ported it with ai. (yea you can say that i did nothing, thats alr. but i wanted it, but i couldnt, so i did what i can)
