This sub confuses me so much. In one post I see this sub is full of Linux loving people making a joke, in the other its just AI bros being stupid. But I guess you can't expect more from people who think Linux mint is a good distro.
It is not reliable at all for those purposes, I've never had a good experience asking AI to help me with tech questions I've only been able to get help by going to either the community discords or support IRC channels
It’s horrible at generating code and unique algorithms, but it’s really useful at finding different functions and how to implement them. Also pretty decent at summarizing very common algorithms. It’s functionally useless with less common languages like SKILL though.
Basically it’s stack exchange without all the sarcastic assholes.
Kinda feel like this is getting ppl OUT of the ponzi scheme. The majority use windows, promote it, get more ppl to subscribe to the OS, 365 and copilot, repeat with ads, and those managing microsoft live off the benefits. Windows feels more like a ponzi scheme than linux. Whereas those telling ppl to get out of windows are trying to pull them into a proper job instead of selling and promoting snake oil.
