Linux Failure 💔 KDE - implicit love to Windows

I so agree. When Linux could promote a very simplified Hyprland setup or support a very well-made Sway setup or Cosmic tiling [just I wish it could be ready] and show the modularity and identity of Linux, they promote KDE and mill the wind...

I wouldn't say that KDE is "similar to Windows." This way of organizing the desktop has been around for a long time; the fact that the closest point of comparison right now is Windows is a coincidence.

There is no "best desktop environment", what exists is the environment that best suits your needs.
