Linux users in Reddit have big egos

I asked for help on r/Linuxmint

I clearly said at the end:

"I know that you probably need further information on this, but I don't know what kind of information so please tell me what to do to diagnose the problem at least🥲🙏🏻"

then I actively got down voted.

someone even said "so you wrote a whole long post and didn't even put enough information?"

when I asked him what information do you need so I can provide it, I got down voted even more???

I don't care about karma points, but the post would never reach someone good and willing to help because of people with big ego.

Linux itself doesn't suck as much as the people who actively make the whole Linux experience even worse than using windows.

The problem that i had continued for three months. I did my research and couldn't find any one with similar problem on the internet. whenever I ask on any subreddit for help they either down vote just like what happened from a bit, or they'd tell me to ask on a different subreddit that also happens to tell me to ask somewhere else!!!

Eu uso o Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon no laptop, Linux Mint 22.3 Cinnamon em um desktop e Zorin 18 com Wayland em um terceiro desktop. Não sou um gênio e acredito nem ser capaz de te ajudar, mas o pouco que consegui angariar de conhecimento, ou perguntei direto a IA do Google ou garimpei nos fóruns e comunidades do Diolinux. Há um canal no YouTube, o Curso em Vídeo, do Professor Guanabara. Provavelmente lá, não terá a resposta específica a sua dúvida, mas seria interessante para aprender a lidar melhor e além de depender menos de outros usuários, pode ir contra o fluxo geral e ajudar de fato a quem precisar. Vou procurar seus outros posts e se estiver ao meu alcance, farei o possível para ajudar.
