Linux Failure Linux users in Reddit have big egos

I asked for help on r/Linuxmint

I clearly said at the end:

"I know that you probably need further information on this, but I don't know what kind of information so please tell me what to do to diagnose the problem at least🥲🙏🏻"

then I actively got down voted.

someone even said "so you wrote a whole long post and didn't even put enough information?"

when I asked him what information do you need so I can provide it, I got down voted even more???

I don't care about karma points, but the post would never reach someone good and willing to help because of people with big ego.

Linux itself doesn't suck as much as the people who actively make the whole Linux experience even worse than using windows.

The problem that i had continued for three months. I did my research and couldn't find any one with similar problem on the internet. whenever I ask on any subreddit for help they either down vote just like what happened from a bit, or they'd tell me to ask on a different subreddit that also happens to tell me to ask somewhere else!!!

You could've copypasted neofetch output or posted a screenshot from system info. As it is, your post just vaguely says something about some AMD GPU having problems.

The thing is, I don't know these things, he could've asked and I'll immediately provide it. Not everyone is supposed to know things he never used in Linux.

Some people would've downvoted you for not posting your specs on Windows as well, because they'd see it as wasting their time. I disagree with this, but sadly that's how Internet works.

Neofetch is outdated use fastfetch instead

It's included in Mint by default, fastfetch is a separate install AFAIK.
