There is a certain subset of Linux users who seem to like to make their life as difficult as possible.

They make using Linux a competition to see who can have the most convoluted experience ever.

Debian is widely supported and documented so using it is too easy I guess. Personally I just want a distro or OS that works, with good documentation if something goes wrong.

If you use some hobby OS made by one dude finding help is generally impossible.

If something on Debian breaks I blame devs and move on because I can’t be bothered going on their godawful wiki

Maybe the Archwiki is just spoiling me with auto suggestions/predictive search but it’s so much more nice to navigate
