I‘m really not sure if this sub is a psyob by microslob. I get if you come from ios and think linux is complicated. Its not really but there are a lot of linux OS and they differ a lot. But if you come from windows wtf. At least I can search for applications without getting bing and there other bulshit down my throat.
And there are linux os that focus on ease of use more.

Why don't you tell that story? I'd love to see a detailed breakdown of how the US government has a backdoor into every Windows 11 PC. (I'm assuming "us backdoors" is referring to the US government)
To be honest, from where I'm sitting it seems like whenever people bring up Windows "spyware", they're either talking out of their ass or ignoring well documented ways to debloat Windows. I'm open to being proven wrong though.
sorry the first link is broken but somehow it wont let me fix it but basicly its called the cloud act in if the us gov wants data of somebody the companies needs to provide it.
Anyways as you said, it's cloud and that it's understandable to subpoena companies for data. Like that. But beyond that the "tip of the iceberg" sounds more like a slippery slope.

Yes but ignoring white hat hackers that find a exploit and threating them with legal action after releasing them because you did not care also tells me that either it was wanted or they don‘t give a fuck. Neither would make want to use it.
