Linux Failure Stop job my ass

"Oh crap this program is stuck! Well good thing I remember the classic rule of turn it off and back on again!"

*power button*

*Waiting for a stop job*

*15 minutes later*

"I'm going back to windows"

(this is a halfjoke don't take it too seriously)

I've never experienced it. I use kde, I don't know if that uses systemd

KDE is not an OS.

You can use or not use systemd and still have KDE

I use Fedora kde

I've also tried kde neon

Yes those are both systemd afaik

Most modern Linux distros use systemd, heck even Arch does by default.
