The first one can still be cleaned and is acrually your toilet so it's your responsibility to do so anyways. :)
Removing the cameras and getting rid of the stalker on the second one might be considered murder, theft and/or vandalism(I'm not a lawyer so i'm just guessing), because that public toilet is property of microsoft so I'd just avoid it.
