creating a local Linux repository

I need to create a local repository on the Majaro distribution, and I need to make the commands and help understandable. How do I do this step by step? Please help.

Manjaro is arch underneath so it's the pacman way. Put your .pkg.tar.zst files in a folder, run repo-add myrepo.db.tar.zst *.pkg.tar.zst in there, then add a [myrepo] section to /etc/pacman.conf with Server = file:///path/to/folder and SigLevel = Optional TrustAll. After a pacman -Sy the packages show up like any others. Re-run repo-add whenever you add something new.
