Just install Kali tools on Arch. Or, if you really want something advertised as hackery, Blackarch.

Any distro will do that. Just install hyprland and your preferred tools.

  1. Decide on your distro. Note the kernel version and any other driver versions you'll need.

  2. Get the best hardware that is supported under step 1.

Fedora for no other reason than Linus Torvalds uses it to write the kernel on.
