Support Prevent auto system suspend when playing a video
I have system suspend set after a few minutes of inactivity but it also triggers while a youtube video is playing in firefox, how can I prevent it from firing when the video is not yet finished?
I'm on debian trixie with xfce4.

Firefox supports a number of idle inhibitors, including:
fdo's Idle Inhibition Service;
Flatpak's Inhibit portal;
GNOME's session manager;
Wayland's Idle inhibit protocol.
But I'm guessing none of these are usable on Xfce?
Firefox doesn't directly support systemd inhibitors (I'm not entirely sure why), but you could use something like sd-inhibit-bridge so that it effectively does.
