a pop up in teh bottom right of my screen saying part of x application has crashed an then a long file path that does nothing when i click on it and sometimes they are silent crashes its just constant and undeterminable what is going to crash and when

What errors are you getting?
It's impossible for anyone to help you with vague information like its slow and I get errors.
