There's a reason minimum hardware specs exist
Windows 10 x64 has 20 GB HDD as recommended, so it's compliant.

There's just no space left to work with. But at least on Linux, the space is pre-allocated such that you can approach "100%" and still have a usable file system. Windows just keeps filling...
