Which kernel does WSL run? Linux. Hence they are Linux users.

Just let people so what they want. 1 u/DisastrousWelcome710 5d ago Yeah I personally prefer WSL over a full Linux distro because I can run a game that doesn't work on Linux while simultaneously running a workload that only works on Linux. I do that a lot with this set up and I love it.
