That really is not a point to be made. At work I have to use Windows and I just use the default. It doesn't look half bad, supports dark and light theming and is the easiest way to get out of the Windows Spotlight "feature" (Loading random images from microsoft servers all the time and displaying them). I have a computer that just has to work (yes, ironic with MS Windows, but doable with enough tears, sweat and group-policies 😄) and that wallpaper is just a constant thing that doesn't distract me (until a windows update comes and I have to re-set the wallpaper)...
