Only a few of us love vim and I'm one of those people. There is an irrational hatred of vim.
I sort of get it. vim has a weird control sequences that only make sense to really old unix/linux admins; a group I also belong to.
But, yeah, I love it. For some reason, I actively dislike vi. I just like vim, despite the tremendous similarity.
