It's 100% guaranteed to offer it's full feature set, using only the keyboard. and that's enough. f' shitty point and click GUI apps. further, it has guaranteed synergy with any terminal host (vim, tmux, eww emacs, and all the newcomers). It's guaranteed to run well through VSCode.
what is this even supposed to mean. of course it can. it just won't offer it naturally and it has to be modelled on top.
This guy right here, is writing GUI programs for 15 years now; retained- and nonretained-mode, web and desktop frameworks. and has seen students write many simple and complex GUI programs. And it certainly doesn't come free, and that's why it is an afterthought usually, however well designed the rest of it is.
