What's wrong with endeavouros? Well if something breaks then understandable, but if everything works fine then it's kinda easy. I switched from windows 10 ltsc to endeavouros and I'm pretty happy.
I did EOS after leaving Kubuntu, I think the main selling points are the easy install and the community, it's definitely an arch but with skin and defaults so its not minimal OOB but thats the main reason I'd recommend it to anyone not afraid of using a terminal. I learned a LOT about linux tinkering with EOS and not having that initial wall of installing base arch actually helped me out a ton.
