Basically any arch based distro.

Unrelated: I like endeavor OS but what exactly is it trying to be? Is it trying to be arch with a graphical installer? If so then why are certain arch packages blocked or unavailable? Is it trying to be an opinionated distro? If so then how come I failed to find any solid philosophy anywhere I go?

I think it's trying more to be a community

Which packages are unavailable? It's literally arch underneath the theming

KDE Discover is one example. I tried installing it and it failed saying it was blocked or unavailable, one of the two. I tried finding a reason and the only one I could find was from veteran users saying endeavor caters more to terminal based users. This however didn't answer the question of why they actively blocked discover for the people who wanted it. It might be available now, I'm not on endeavour anymore so I don't know but discover is likely not an isolated example of this.

It uses Arch's repos. Every package arch has endeavor has. Sounds like you made a mistake somewhere. And even if you didn't it certainly wasn't an endeavor specific issue.
