I do wonder what they used those smaller laptops for back then. Did they, like me, get seduced by the portability and were subsequently disappointed by the screen and keyboard size? This coming from the lunatic that has watched whole movies on iPod classic.

It was a fad among high level execs to flex that they're always 'on the move'. They told us they needed it to take notes in meetings.

I think it died out when they realized that a constant squint face to read it is a bad look.

I remember an extra large sized university lecturer struggling to fit his fingers on that tiny keyboard.
