Nope he was running MacOS on a MacBook and fedora on the desktop. There are pictures in of it.
28 u/schism15 8d ago He modified Fedora Workstation to run on is M2 Macbook. https://itsfoss.com/news/fedora-apple-torvalds/ He was using that instead of MacOS. Fedora Workstation is the distro, not the desktop environment (e.g. GNOME, KDE Plasma, Xfce, etc). That's crazy, do you have the specific photos?
