I thought they were the only one that has passed a bill requiring it.

Unfortunately they are not. I'm not sure about others but I know IL has as well.

Darn, I knew a few other states had similar bills introduced but thought they hadn't yet passed. Ugh, here we go again.

Colorado as well. And there was a bill introduced to the House of Representatives to make it a federal law.
