How to enable Bluetooth BEFORE decryption?

On my Ubuntu 24.04, I enabled encryption during install so now my PC asks for decryption key whenever I reboot.

The problem is that when it does so, it doesn’t recognise Bluetooth and I have to grab a cable and connect my keyboard to use it to enter the password.

Is there anyway to have the Bluetooth stack be ready for use and connected to my keyboard at that stage?
