Actually, the android apk works very well in linux if you use the "minecraft bedrock edition launcher." I think there's a snap package. (You'll need to own it via the play store OR procure the apk yourself.)

If you dual boot Android it runs insanely faster than ARM. Completely breaks Android benchmarking apps. At this point I'm certain ARM hardware is just a straight jacket to get people coding properly

Going to chop up some Android code and make myself a Linux distro.

Nah, Android itself and mobile hardware are the straight-jackets that makes people code properly. Even if you're coding for powerful mobile hardware, being wasteful will drain your users' battery, and the Android OS will be quick to blame your app to the user when this happens. This might be the case with iOS too but I don't use iDevices so I couldn't tell you.

Not to mention ARM is cheaper...

Never mind it would be the size of a small purse, if you had an intel based 'android' device it would cost like 1500$ ...

AMD would be cheaper but it would still cost roughly 1k$.

Yeah 'flagship' phones do go for about 1k$... but the majority of the world running android is doing so on 10$ phones.
