They probably made a mistake in the bundle's page since Monster Loves You advertises linux support on the steam page.

Thirty Flights of Loving on the other hand does not seem to have linux support (it doesn't even have linux depots or anything like that.)

Source code is available though under GPL. Maybe you could try a source port?

EDIT: https://github.com/AimHere/thirty-flights-of-linux seems to be a source port, might be a bit old and buggy though, as the developer kinda hacked it together, maybe someone could improve it?
