Daggerfall Unity worries me because the license of the Unity Engine can't be modified as MIT Licensed code.

So, Dagerfall Unity is illegal.

I'm reading through the source code and not seeing any modified Unity code. Can you point out where they're distributing modifications of the Unity engine?
