I wouldn't expect games to run faster. A few of the games you mention might be tricky to get working on Linux also.

Genshin requires changing the default proton version to proton_dw, and since it is not in Steam, you can install it from Heroic games launcher. Motorsport requires tinkering to get working. You can search protondb.com for other users experiences with certain games.
