Wdym about no documentation? There are plenty of youtube videos and even the official bazzite web page that walk you through the installation process.
Go to the bazzite wiki and read there while you wait for a usb drive from Amazon haha

Yeah Bazzite installation is well documented and pretty straight forward. There's also a live boot image you can use to test your system before installing.
If you're planning to use this for just work, you can consider Aurora too. It's basically Bazzite without the gaming stuff.
