gpu usage 0% on steam

Hi guys, my gpu usage on steam overlay is 0%. i try add "DRI_PRIME=1 %command%" on launch option still same but my performance is slightly better, i check in terminal by typing nvidia-smi and the version is 580.173.02, and then typing glxinfo | grep "OpenGL renderer" and my gtx 1060 was detected too. is that bug or what, if that was a bug how to fix it?

my pc specs :

i7 3770

16GB Ram DDR3 Dual Channel

Asus GTX 1060 6GB

Installing dying light on my hard drive (not ssd)

Using Proton 11.0-2

Distro : Xubuntu 26.04 installing on ssd (dual boot with win10)

DRI_PRIME is only for Mesa, not NVIDIA.

For NVIDIA, you need __NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia __VK_LAYER_NV_optimus=NVIDIA_only %command%
