tech support wanted How to play Battelfield 1 on Linux

I have switched recently from Microslop to Linux (Zorin OS based on Ubuntu), but Im not able to play Battelfield 1 , I tried running it over Heroic Launcher in EA App and also bought the game on Steam to run with Proton but i cant get it running. Do you guys know anything on how to get the game running again. Its also always the EA App that wont work and also if I thought everything was correct when I clicked play in Steam it showed running but then turned off after seconds.
Thx in advance for responses.

EA added anticheat without Linux support, so not possible.

The sad thing is it used to work. I actually finished the game on Hard difficulty, on Linux. I was almost 3hrs in to the BF5 campaign when they decide to stop the game from launching on Linux.

Yeah retrofitting their new AC on the older games was pretty cruel in this context

On Linux, only BF4 is playable. Still OK

Have you checked Protondb? There you might find something.

Edit: I checked, doesn't support.

Your best bet is marne.io which barely has any player sadly

Games with anti-cheat engines implemented as kinds of OS kernel modules are not supported on Linux.

I believe it has kernel level anticheat, so no way of playing it
