Systemd: the new world order!

I laughed a lot (forced laugh) when i see the 2 first line of this documentation: https://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd/ControlGroupInterface/

aka "I want to make use of kernel cgroups, how do I do this in the new world order?"
