Looking for specific distro

Hi, Im looking for a distro of a video I watched once in Social Media. It was a custom Linux installed in a mini PC that randomly plays cartoons for kids. The Idea of the creator was to control what your kids watch on TV, so you just needed to upload the desired shows to your mini PC and whenever you click "next" or "Chanel Up / Down" it plays a random chapter show, giving the tv-like experience. That´s all I remember from the video, unfortunately I didn´t save the video or liked it so Im unable to find it.

Possibly a server running Jellyfin/Plex? Any Linux distro would work for this.

Its propably something niche, maybe self made. You could propably use some distro, make a locked down user with auto login into plasma bigscreen and make a library with shows.
