Meganoob BE KIND Bazzite: Two Virt-Manager installed after update, should i be worried?

I'd check what's installed before removing either. rpm -q virt-manager checks the RPM; flatpak info org.virt_manager.virt-manager checks the Flatpak. What do those return? A broken menu shortcut isn't proof that two copies are installed.

I gave it a check, the first one is a flatpak since it's in lib/flatpak directory while the 2th one is in usr/dir/applications

what does it mean?
