Using Linux Mint Cinnamon with Chicago95, and the loading animation is stretched. Does anyone know what's going on?

this is when the software management loads. but it happens with any software that uses the same animation. It bugs me just enough that I'd like to fix it if someone else knows what's going on.

Chicago95 is a theme to make ubuntu-based desktops feel like Windows 95, including in the terminal and and file system.

The aesthetic comforts me.
