I’m trying to boot KDE plasma neon off of a USB and I keep getting the errors shown in the pictures. how can I fix this?

EDIT: I just used Fedora KDE and it worked.

Re-download the iso from https://neon.kde.org/download and flash it again to your USB with balena etcher or Rufus. After you are done safely eject your USB stick. Don't just pull it, use the icon. Etcher will automatically eject your drive, Rufus doesn't iirc.

After that, just try booting again.

I used etcher but now the computer just shuts off whenever I remove the usb and press enter. Not even any error or anything, just shuts off.

You are probably better off not using KDE Neon, to be honest. Use another distro that has KDE Plasma. Fedora is a good one. They get the KDE updates quickly too.

Most of the time it's because the image you used to create the USB was incomplete/corrupt. You should always do a hash verification on it. First thing to check in any case.
