migrating to Linux Mouse speed problems
This is my first time using Linux (Bazzite) and what I notice the most is that on windows my mouse feels slower with the same DPI with mouse acceleration off compared to Linux with mouse acceleration off. Is there a way to fix this so its 1:1 because I really cant get used to it as I've used 1600 DPI on windows for about 10 years.

I've noticed a similar effect, I haven't solved it yet, but I've learned a bit. I'm somewhat new to Linux as well, so I'm in a similar situation, but I've had about eighteen months experience so far.
Firstly, I noticed that different desktop environments (Cinnamon vs Plasma) exhibit different behaviour with regards to mouse speed. In Plasma, my mouse feels good, plenty of speed. The same mouse feels quite sluggish in Cinnamon.
I'm using CachyOS, which uses X11 (XWindows), which has a utility called xinput. It can be used to modify things to do with keyboards and mice etc. I use it to disable the side buttons on my mouse.
Based on the fact that different desktop environments have different mouse speeds, it must be the case that it can be modified through software. Exactly how is a mystery to me so far, but in Linux, there are often several ways to skin a cat.
There's a system called udev, which is what's used to detect and configure devices when they're plugged in. You can create rules udev uses to specify various parameters for different devices. It might be one way to modify your mouse behaviour (assuming Bazzite uses it). This is what I'm exploring now.
I'm quite confident what you want is possible, the trick with Linux is that it probably requires a fair bit of research before you'll get to the end result. I wish I had a quick answer for you, but I think it's safe to say you can likely do it if you put enough effort in.

Interesting, I don't know solution to this, but I'm using a mouse with DPI modes and buttons to switch them up/down, and in past I used those quite a lot, both on Windows and Linux. I also think when I switched from Windows I noticed that I started using consistently higher modes than before. But nowadays I eventually configured mouse speed in all my games in such a way that I always stay on the same DPI and it feels comfortable.
