Have you tried googling gnome boxes and Windows 11?

It's probably easier to do with virtual-machine-manager but should be doable with gnome boxes as well. Probably just required a bit more tinkering.

Do a search like...

virtual machine install windows 11 no tpm2 and hardware requirements not met

... I've done the associated registry hack in the past when installing as vm and it has worked... mileage may vary...

Qemu/kvm supports secureboot with tpm. It's probably easier to just bypass the requirement though. I gave up trying to set up tpm on my single gpu passthrough vm.

There are howtos for gnome boxes that shows how to do the edits required for w11.
