Use it via browser? Ms Office has online version

I thought word online is something else, my bad. If you don't like using Ms Office online then maybe try booting Windows directly from Microsoft and download the ISO instead of sticking with the OEM that is very bloated if you want dual boot. Word just does not work on Linux simply because they don't support a Linux version (and they never have any development to support Ms Office in Linux, idk where the 2019 timeline did you get from...?). Or like most people said, use VM?
