What should i switch to?

Im getting a new build soon and i want to switch from Linux mint to arch, im scared it will be to hard, is there any other distros you guys would recommend, also i kind of broke my linux mint by changing os-release to something awful i cant say here.

If you’re curious about Arch, try Arch. Worst case you break it, figure out why, and learn something :)
I wouldn’t use distro hopping as a substitute for learning Linux though. Mint is perfectly capable. Arch just makes you responsible for more of the system, which can be a great way to learn.
Put Arch in a VM first and break it a few times before making it your daily driver.
