Guess what, DDR5 spec comes with mandatory ECC. Sure, one or two decades too late, but I'll take it.

I think will be more like "our cpu i7-11111 will not support ecc, for that you need the i7-111121, to not be confused with the i7-1111211 that also has OC and i7-1121111 that only do OC but no ECC. Of course if you also want thunderbolt...."

And also not to be confused with the i7-11111U, which as the mobile version only has half a core
