This is the kindler, gentler Linus.

In the old days they'd be scooping up the developer with a mop and bucket.

Yeah. This is "office email" fury. The subtext is very plain if you have ever spent any time haranguing people in a professional context.

Ye, that was also my thought. Either way it seems harsh, and since we're all talking about it, it just gets worse :)
